Shipping policy

All Ronin Merch products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful.

Processing time

Orders are usually printed within 2–5 business days (apparel can take up to 7 business days in busy periods).

Delivery time (after production)

• United States: about 3–8 business days
• International: about 7–20 business days, depending on destination

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items, destination and shipping method, and shown before you pay.

Free standard US shipping on orders over $150. Express shipping is not included.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide, including Canada, the UK, Europe, Australia/New Zealand, Japan and Brazil. International shipping is charged at checkout. International customers may owe import duties or taxes, which are their responsibility.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking stops updating for 10+ business days, email ironcrosscabinets@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
